Why must I register to order school stationery?

We have partnered up with certain schools and work hand in hand with them to supply stationery packs according to their grades academic stationery requirements, by registering we know which institute and grade stationery packs your child will use.

Can I order School packs any time of the year?

You can order a stationery pack during the year, but it would be advisable to place orders for the packs just before the new school terms begin, giving your child full benefit the school curriculum requires.

Can I still order stationery If my child’s school is not listed when I register?

You are able to register with us but we can not provide pre-packaged Stationery Packs for you, you are able to add stationery individually to your shopping cart. There will also be a delivery charge that will added to your order and can vary depending where you stay.

Can I pay on delivery of the goods?

We only process an order once a payment is reflecting in our account, it is safer and ensures your packs can begin to be pre-packaged.

How does the shopping cart work?

You are able to add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button, if you hold you mouse over a product image you will also see a “Magnifying Glass” icon, clicking on it will show you a more detailed view of the product. When you are ready to place your order, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the screen, a preview of items will slide into view and there is an option there to go to “Checkout”. Confirm your information and your order will be placed, please note that you need to be registered on the site to place orders. An email will be sent with your invoice and order details, our banking details are included to pay for your stationery.

Can I buy for my business online?

If you have a business and would like to buy from us, when you register choose the “register for a business” as a registration type, if you are having difficulty please email us at and we will be in contact with you.

What if I cannot find the product I am looking for?

We have the biggest range available, if you do not find it online please contact us and we be happy to assist you.

How safe is my information?

We are a secure site and your information is 100% safe with us. We do require pupils name and surname only for the stationery pack ordering, We do not distribute or share your information.

Delivery of goods?

We only cater for the Gauteng region and for certain schools that we are affiliated to.

For School Pack deliveries we work on a 2 week period to have it delivered to the school, however there might be certain aspects that are our of our control which can affect the workflow.

For Offices delivery orders must be R1500 or more for us to deliver.

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order by Clicking Here. When your order is placed it will be a holding state, once your payment is reflecting in our account the status changes to processing, when we have packaged it and its ready for delivery it will be complete. You need to use your “Order Number” in the Order tracking number field with your email to track your orders.

What payment options do you offer?

EFT payment made to our account, once reflected into the account, it will be processed and delivery will be made.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you realise that the package is damaged or has an incorrect item before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realise that the package is damaged or has an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Is there any charge for registration?

No, registration on is absolutely free.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Go to the “Login” screen as you normally do. There is a “forgot Password” option to click on the and put in your email address and you will get an email.

How do I change my password?

Click on ‘Members Account ‘ on the home page, then click on ‘change password’ under the information section.

Can I edit my personal details?

Yes you can edit your profile at any given time.
